These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the user and AUTOIZI j.d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we") in connection with the use of the carpooling, passenger transportation, and cargo and parcel delivery service. By using the platform, the user confirms agreement with these terms. The Company is not a carrier, logistics intermediary, or freight forwarder and operates as a digital platform for organizing such services between users. It is important to understand and agree that Autoizi.com operates solely as a provider of a digital information platform and is not a party to any contractual relationship between users. The platform does not provide transportation or logistics services, does not control the execution of trips or deliveries, does not act as a carrier, and bears no responsibility for actions, omissions, or damages caused by participants of the service.
AUTOIZI provides a digital platform for searching, booking, and organizing shared rides, deliveries of cargo, parcels, and other private transportation initiatives. Users (drivers, passengers, senders, recipients) enter into civil-law relationships among themselves. The Company does not control or bear responsibility for the actual execution of such rides and deliveries
To use the service, it is necessary to create an account, provide accurate data, and verify it if required. The user is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for actions performed through the account. Minors may use the service only with parental or guardian consent, but account creation for individuals under 16 is prohibited.
* Comply with applicable laws and traffic regulations.
* Do not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
* Respect other users and follow platform rules.
* Provide accurate information during registration and use of the service.
* Be solely responsible for the technical condition of vehicles and delivery safety.
If a user acts on behalf of a legal entity and posts regular passenger transport or cargo delivery services for remuneration, they are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary permits, licenses, and compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction. The platform does not verify each participant’s license but reserves the right to remove or block a user if there are reasonable suspicions of legal violations.
The user agrees not to post false, unlawful, or misleading information, and not to offer transportation of prohibited goods or items subject to mandatory declaration. The platform reserves the right to block accounts, remove listings, and restrict access in case of legal violations or breaches of the terms of use.
* Cancellation and refund terms are specified during booking.
* Refunds are possible within the cancellation policy deadlines.
* If the trip is canceled by the other party, the user receives compensation in accordance with the refund policy.
All payments and financial obligations are carried out directly between the participants. The platform may charge a service fee for access provision but does not act as a payment agent, guarantor, or intermediary in transactions between users.
The Company is not responsible for:
* Actions or omissions of drivers, passengers, senders, or recipients;
* Loss of luggage, parcels, or damage en route;
* Delays, cancellations, or route changes;
* Technical failures on the part of the user or third-party services;
* Any harm caused beyond the platform's control.
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months.
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of:
* Violations of the Terms of Use;
* Violation of law or threats to security;
* Abuse of platform functionality.
The Company is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure: natural disasters, wars, communication disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, etc.
The parcel delivery feature is available exclusively as a means of establishing contact between the sender and the driver. The platform is not responsible for the content, integrity, or legal compliance of parcels. Participants are solely responsible for arranging the transfer and ensuring its legality.
The user agrees that their data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the website. All actions comply with GDPR, BDSG, and Croatian laws.
The platform uses cookies according to the Cookie Policy. The user can manage consent at first visit.
Users may send complaints to info@autoizi.com. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, they will be resolved in court at the Company’s place of registration (Zagreb, Croatia).
All terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and the EU, including consumer and digital regulations.

The platform prohibits the publication of illegal content, commercial announcements without permission, spam, and aggressive behavior. Such actions lead to blocking.
The user agrees not to shift liability onto the platform in the event of violations on their part. AUTOIZI acts as an intermediary between users and is not liable for private agreements.
The platform enables users to find delivery providers, but it is not responsible for the result. Users must comply with all laws regarding customs, contents, and logistics.
The Company may set booking fees, cancellation charges, and other fees. All payments are displayed before trip confirmation.
The Company may change these terms. Updates are published on the website. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.
By using the platform, the user acknowledges and agrees with:

The Company publishes additional documents on the website, including FAQs, Offers, and specific terms for particular user categories (e.g., partners, logistics).
Use by minors is allowed only with parental consent. Account creation for persons under 16 is prohibited. If such use is detected — we will delete the data and notify authorities if necessary.
This policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the AUTOIZI.COM platform and applies to all users, carriers, drivers, parcel senders, and other individuals who interact with the platform directly or indirectly.
23.1.1. AUTOIZI.COM (hereinafter — the Platform) is a technological online platform registered in the Republic of Croatia, which provides a digital service for searching, booking, and coordinating private and commercial trips, parcel deliveries, and related services.
23.1.2. AUTOIZI.COM operates within a carpooling model and acts as a financially interested intermediary that provides access to the platform's functionality, support services, informational and payment services, and charges a fee for using these services.
23.1.3. AUTOIZI.COM is not a carrier, transportation company, agency, or insurance organization; it does not supervise the actions of participants (drivers, passengers, carriers); it is not responsible for the fulfillment, safety, timeliness, or outcomes of arrangements made between the parties.
23.1.4. AUTOIZI.COM provides services solely as a platform based on the carpooling model and does not intervene in private agreements between users regarding fuel cost sharing, routes, or trip conditions.
23.2.1. The platform is not liable for:
* any losses, delays, cancellations, travel disruptions, no-shows, routing errors, or undelivered parcels;
* unauthorized actions by drivers, passengers, or third parties;
* private settlements and informal agreements made between users outside of the AUTOIZI.COM system;
* loss of personal belongings, luggage, parcels, or discrepancies between trip conditions and user expectations;
* technical failures, errors, or interruptions in the website, applications, or payment services caused by circumstances beyond the control of AUTOIZI.COM;
* any unlawful, fraudulent, offensive, dangerous, or inappropriate actions by users, including but not limited to: traffic violations, illegal transportation of goods, violation of immigration laws, etc.
23.3.1. AUTOIZI.COM provides no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
* warranties of reliability, safety, punctuality, or availability of trips;
* warranties of the platform’s fitness for a particular purpose;
* warranties that service participants (drivers, passengers, couriers, senders, etc.) will act in good faith, lawfully, and safely.
23.3.2. All information provided on the website or in the applications is presented “as is” without any warranties.
23.3.3. AUTOIZI.COM acts solely as a technological intermediary that provides the infrastructure for user interaction and is not a party to any contracts between drivers and passengers. The company does not monitor user behavior, does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by users, and bears no responsibility for their actions.
23.3.4. The AUTOIZI.COM company makes every effort to ensure the safety, convenience, and transparency of the service. We strive to use modern technological and organizational solutions to create the most comfortable and reliable conditions for all platform participants. At the same time, due to the decentralized and partially informal nature of carpooling, the platform cannot guarantee control over all processes, user actions, and external factors. This limitation of liability and warranty disclaimer policy is published solely to protect the rights of the platform and its users, and to comply with the legal requirements of the EU and national legislation.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") regulates the procedure for trip cancellations, refunds, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in the event of booking cancellations made through the AUTOIZI.COM platform (hereinafter — the "Platform").
24.1.1. The AUTOIZI.COM platform is a digital intermediary (marketplace) that provides the technical capability for concluding agreements between users, private drivers, and/or carriers.
24.1.2. AUTOIZI.COM is not a carrier or courier and is not responsible for the actual execution of the trip or delivery. Responsibility lies with the service provider specified during booking.
24.1.3. All participants are required to read and agree to this Policy before making a booking. Confirmation of consent during the booking process constitutes a legally binding action.
24.2.1. In the event of cancellation by the passenger, the following refund conditions apply:
* Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure — 100% ticket refund (excluding the platform commission);
* Between 24 and 48 hours before departure — 50% ticket refund, the remaining amount is transferred to the driver;
* Less than 24 hours before departure, including no-show — no refund, 100% of the amount is transferred to the driver.
24.2.2. In the case of parcel (delivery) bookings, the same rules apply as for passenger trips.
24.2.3. A passenger's no-show without notifying the driver and the platform is considered a unilateral trip cancellation with no right to a refund.
24.3.1. In the event of cancellation by the driver:
* The passenger is refunded 100% of the paid amount, including the service fee;
* The driver receives no payment and may receive a warning.
24.3.2. In the case of systematic or unjustified cancellations by the driver, their account may be temporarily suspended or blocked.
24.4.1. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
24.4.2. Banking and payment fees, as well as the AUTOIZI.COM service fee, may be non-refundable.
24.4.3. The platform automatically calculates the refund amount and notifies the parties by email and/or SMS.
24.4.4. If a refund is not possible due to reasons beyond the platform’s control (e.g., incorrect payment details, blocked card, inactive account, banking restrictions, etc.), the user agrees to resolve the issue with their bank or provide alternative payment details. The platform reserves the right to withhold funds until proper information is received.
24.4.5. In case of cancellation by the carrier due to force majeure circumstances (weather conditions, accidents, strikes, emergencies), the passenger may be offered a full refund or compensation. The decision is made by the platform administration based on specific circumstances and the carrier’s capabilities.
24.5.1. All provisions of this Policy, including refund terms, protection from abuse, legal support, and platform obligations, apply exclusively to bookings and payments made through the official AUTOIZI.COM payment channels (website, mobile application, or other authorized points of sale).
24.5.2. The AUTOIZI.COM platform is not liable for any consequences, including loss of funds, service denial, or fraud, resulting from:
* direct money transfers between users;
* agreements made outside the platform;
* disclosure of payment data to third parties;
* payments made outside the platform’s payment system.
24.5.3. The platform strongly recommends that all users refrain from entering into private agreements, cash transactions, or payments using external details not provided in the official platform interface. All payments must be made only through trusted, verified AUTOIZI.COM payment channels.
24.5.4. In the event of disputes related to private or unofficial settlements between users, the AUTOIZI.COM administration is not considered a party to the dispute and is not obliged to provide any guarantees, compensation, or legal support.
25.1. In case of disputes related to cancellations or refunds, the user has the right to contact AUTOIZI.COM support using the contact information provided on the website.
25.2. All disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in the General Terms of Use of the Platform.
26.1. Before completing a booking, the passenger must confirm their agreement with this Policy by selecting the appropriate checkbox.
26.2. Without confirmation of consent, booking completion is not possible. This confirmation is recorded by the system and may be used as evidence of consent.
27.1. In case of detected abuse by a user, including systematic cancellations, fake bookings, or other actions that disrupt the service, AUTOIZI.COM reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the user account until the circumstances are clarified.
27.2. If necessary, the platform may request confirmation of the user's intentions before booking completion.
28.1. This Policy is drawn up in accordance with the applicable legislation of the European Union, including:
* Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights;
* Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce;
* General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — 2016/679);
* EU Regulation No. 181/2011 concerning the rights of passengers in bus and coach transport.
28.2. For users from Germany and other German-speaking countries, the relevant provisions of the BGB (German Civil Code) shall apply, particularly §§ 312 and following regarding distance contracts and the right to cancel orders.
In case of discrepancies between the terms in different language versions, the English version shall prevail unless otherwise required by local law.
